The Background at the top is done in Spiced Marmalade (tim holtz grunge set)
The Birds are a Tim Holtz stamp, stamped with Black Soot, then filled in with glossy accents.
T.H. Believe stamp is stamped on embossed/patterned card stock w/Black Soot, torn on the ends then brushed with a coordinating color of your choosing.
